Sometimes the only way to show someone you love them is by getting a tattoo.  And sometimes, that person you love plays professional basketball.  And when both those things happen, you have no other choice but to get a hideous tattoo of their number on the back of your neck.

People.com reports:

The Desperate Housewives star was spotted with somewhat cryptic ink on her neck Wednesday.  Asked what the tattoo says, a rep for the star tells PEOPLE: “Nine” - that’s Tony Parker’s jersey number on the San Antonio Spurs.
