Patriots Publish Fictional Story Of Undefeated Team

February 4th, 2008 | 10:22 pm

According to the New York Times book blog:

What’s the No. 11 book on Amazon.com’s bestseller list as of 1:50 this afternoon?

That book is “19-0: The Historic Championship Season of New England’s Unbeatable Patriots,” from the staff of the Boston Globe, and an instant collector’s item.
Something tells me somewhere in North Boston Bill Simmons is huddled in his bedroom and reading this book out loud to his dad and his buddy Gus or Murphy or whoever. Can we stop with the Boston-centric bullshit now? Between the Red Sox and the Pats and this year's Celtics you whiners win all the time. Am I supposed to feel sorry for you? They lost. Get over it.  And if that's not enough to ruin your week, I have some more bad news: One day, Larry Bird will die.

And now we've got Pau Gasol for crap like Kwame Brown, suck it Celtics!

HaHa--I like Simmons, and even I'm getting sick of his "Boston is so awesome" columns. Lets see some shitty Boston teams so his column will be entertaining again.

Besides the fact that I wrote many books (Hasseltastic gets Win: Story of how a man brought sunshine to the rainy city with a superbowl win, Masterful Master: The Greg Norman story of how he mastered the Masters, and Big Chief gets World Series win) this book is retaaaaded. But I don't feel nearly as bad as the children in third world countries. All of the tee shirts and hats that say Patriots superbowl champions, were sent to them. So just when you thought you couldn't hate them any more, hate them. Hate those f@%king Patriots for false advertising in worlds where the news of thier superbowl loss will hit in about three months. Then who is going to be there to explain the news to them. . . who is going to pick up the tears. . .WHO??!!

Freaken SAAPPS!!! Tell Tom Brady "THERES NO CRYING AT THE SUPER BOWL!!!"
