Saskia Howard-Clarke was on the UK's version of Big Brother 6. Since I don't get the BBC, I only know two things about this girl. And she's holding both of them in that photo.
I think you'll find the likes of Big Brother are well below the BBC's broadcast standards. I should know, I was Director-General. Channel 4 is a fap-fest for adolecents.

Wow. They definitely didn't Photoshop the 2nd (of the 4 thumbnailed) pictures enough. She looks pretty hot in the first one. But, she's all wrinkly and gross in that 2nd one!
