$360 billion?? I bet he went to a local Wells Fargo or Wachovia inside a grocery store to get his more than a quarter of a trillion dollars, and expected them to have more cash on hand than the U.S. Mint.

Oh, so close. Im sure if the bank had of accepted the check he would have been scott free A) because most banks have that level of cash on hand B) he would physically be able to carry it and C) most old ladies have hundreds of billions in their savings account.
