Above is a picture of Katherine Heigl on a mexican beach vacation with some dude who's wearing a hat that makes him look like circumcised penis on Spring Break.  She sort of just looks confused as to why she's carrying stuff.  Like, I bet they wanted to move spots and then they got to the spot she wanted and she was like "Why isn't my stuff here?" and he was like "Um, you have to pick up your stuff and move it with you, otherwise it just stays where ever you left it."  Then she was like "But when I'm home, where ever I go, my stuff follows me."  "No, an assistant physically lifts it and carries it with them as they follow you around.  You just don't recognize that person as a human being, therefore you think the stuff moves on its own."   Anyway, you may be wondering what Katherine Heigl needs a vacation from, but let me tell you, it's hard work making people hate you. The writers are going to love that.  I'm pretty sure next season we're going to see an episode where her character has to save a 450 pound man from dying, by performing a new experimental procedure that requires her to form a suction around his asshole with her mouth while breathing in and out, repeatedly for one hour.   Here's a scene from it after the jump.  NSFW
