I think it's a fine line when actors play mentally challenged people. One one side of that line you have Tom Hanks playing Forrest Gump, on the other side, you have Shia LaBeouf doing this.
I had no idea Hitler was this dynamic of a speaker.
There's a lot of good Gary Busey clips out there. But this might be my favorite of all and it's not that well known. He's a national treasure.
