Adam Jones Needs A Nap

Baltimore Orioles' outfielder Adam Jones is a rookie who clearly committed the worst rookie mistake of all: Totally screwing up his profile picture. But I'm not totally sure who's at fault here. I would assume that in this day and age, the photographer is using a digital camera and could actually see Adam's photo right after he took it. In that case, he probably should've said, "Uhhh, Adam, yeah, your right eye is closed and your left eye kinda makes you look like the Elephant Man. We need to take another photo." But on the other hand, team picture day is probably a lot like photo day at middle school. The photographer was probably just like "God, I've got like 500 more pictures I have to take. I don't have time for these assholes who can't keep their eyes open when I say 'cheese.' Screw him. Next!" That would also explain this:
