We do a lot of photoshop on this site. Some shitty, some...less shitty. But we love it regardless. So, we decided we'd see what you guys can do. Thus, we're proud to introduce our first photoshop contest. The winners of the contest will receive a Holy Taco shirt, as well as some other prize. Cory was supposed to tell me what it was before he left on vacation this weekend, but he forgot. So, I know it's going to be pretty good, I just won't know what it is until he gets back from the indie rock festival he's at. Yeah, that's right. That's where he's gone on his vacation. Anyway, there's a theme to the contest.
THEME: Where George Bush Is Going To Be Working When He Leaves Office
SUBMIT: Submit the Jpeg to feedback@holytaco.com. Try to make the size no bigger than 550 pixels wide, 1000 length.
George Bush is going to be "working" after he leaves office? He's going to live off of interest from his oil money for the rest of his life at his Texas ranch.
It's like that one executive who ran a major company for a few months and totally fucked everything up, and got a $20M severance package when he was essentially forced out of his position.
Good point guys, I basically gave you no directions. I updated on the post, file size and submission. No need for the holy taco watermark, I'll put that on myself.
So, is Cory going to ACL? I live in austin and I have to say that it has become a hipster crapfest over the last few years. This year is no different with the exception of Fogerty. My girlfriend helps promote so I have a free ticket. I'll be there on Saturday. If you'd like to post a photo of him I'll keep a look out and slap his 5 PBR out of his hand if i see him(Bud and Miller are the same price). You know, for being a hipster and all.
I think we can post these in the forums, that sounds l ike a good idea. Also, what do you guys think about us picking our two favorites and then letting you guys decide the winner in the who would you rather poll?
Yea - it will get users to sign up and hopefully talking in the forum again : ) and who knows maybe in a few months from now someone may want to add another picture :P
