You think just because someone's elected, they get to be president? No sir, before anybody moves into the White House, they have to pass an entrance exam.
It's kind of strange how the "always pick C if you don't know" rule works out pretty well on this test, especially the last question.
I think the answer to #4 is "go ask a Wall Street broker because they obviously don't know shit about money and still manage to have tons of it."
