Fantasy got legitimized a few years back when Lord of the Rings and Harry Potter together made more money than anything ever in the history of all time. Others have tried with greater or lesser success to reach the same heights and, of those others, none has done so well as CS Lewis’ the Chronicles of Narnia, chock full of Christian allegory, goat men and talking horses, the books and the movies are pretty popular and so, apparently, are tattoos of maps, lions and lamp posts.
