Where You’ve Seen Her: Cerina Vincent got her start as Miss Nevada in 1996 and progressively made her way back into Television and Film playing the yellow ranger in Power Rangers: Lost Galaxy.  As of now she is best known as a scream queen who shaved her skin off in Cabin Fever.
