I understand that yoga is good for you and everything, but you can’t deny the fact that sometimes it looks completely crazy and ridiculous. Designing Women‘s Dixie Carter, the actress in this video, doesn’t really help much either, because she’s completely crazy and ridiculous to begin with. If I ever find myself in a Red Dawn-type situation, where I’m heading up a guerilla faction against a legitimate army, I’ll tell all of my team to just sit out in the open and do this, because there’s no way that any army would mess with someone as crazy as Dixie Carter.
