Actually, the way this is done is correct. The right circle represents all movies and when movies intersect with Vin Diesel (the left circle representing him) they are shitty. If the left circle were marked Vin Diesel movies, then what you are saying is correct. Technically. Dick-nose.
The graph is not correct in the sense that it illustrates that the only movies that could be classified as shitty movies are Vin Deasel movies. By excluding the rest of the movie classification, it exempts all other moves ever made from being, according to the graph, shitty.
The graph does not assume that the Vin side of it is "all the movies that he has done," it simply assumes that his side of the graph is everything the man has ever done in his life.
And it's false because Pitch Black was, in fact, awesome.
