In Brazil, there are a LOT of hot women, scattered all over the country.
I believe the biggest concentration is in the South region of Brazil.
If you want to go live somewhere in Brazil, go there.
Also, in Rio de Janeiro you would be robbed within the first week and probably get killed as soon as you got lost, which is likely.
Not the whole country is like that. But Rio, the so called "Wonderful City", sure is.
