The world of bacon has really taken off in the last few years. There’s bacon candy, bacon bras and bacon houses, but now the world has been given the gift of bacon art.
You may remember the Meatscapes that showed the world the inherent beauty in a huge hunk of meat. Now artist Victoria Reynolds has taken her love of bacon (and other deli products) and put them in an artistic context. Look at the marbling, the texture, the artery-clogging deliciousness. Van Gogh probably wouldn’t have cut off his ear if he was working with meats instead of boring old paint. (He would’ve cut off another hunk of bacon, instead.)
