It seems like videos that teach foreign kids English, but they re-dubbed it in English.
These are from the official national Korean curriculum for grades 5-6.
If you go to South Korea to teach English in a public school, you will be forced to teach English using these videos, unless you’re like me, and you skip them altogether. Every ESL teacher here hates every one of these unfortunate children with a passion.
There are also other videos with jerky animation or the ugliest claymation ever seen… in all cases they are riddled with pronunciation and grammar errors, bored child actors, strange situations and incorrect information about “English culture”.
