I'm guessing the way this commercial came about was this guy and his wife, and a few other business partners were sitting around, trying to think about what to do for a commercial, and his wife goes "Bob, do that impression of the black guy that you do. It is SO hilarious." Then Bob's like "I don't know....okay!" Then after he was finished, everyone applauded and was like "Bob, you are HILARIOUS. God, black people are so silly, hahahaha."
Actually affirmative action causes non-Caucasians to lose their incentive to work hard and get educated for the job they want. Affirmative action should not exist.
Your assertion assumes that affirmative action is the only motivation behind working hard and getting educated. Other motivations may exist (no one is one dimensional), so it does not dissipate the case for affirmative action.
Affirmative action may also cause whites to work even harder and get educated because now they may have to catch up the minorities. And isn't rewarding hard work and education a good thing for white people?
With all this hard work and education, white girls will surely be impressed by men of every race, which will lead to huge orgies and gangbangs with delicious white women. Isn't that a good thing?
If I was doing the troll work, I would argue that affirmative action is needed because it will actually motivate minorities to work hard and get educated because now the "American Dream" will be within their grasp (if there were no affirmative action, they will always hit the glass ceiling, thus making them "un-motivated").

I can honestly say I have an amazing sense of humor after years of watching family guy and 70s show, but this was just bad. It was borderline disney racist of those old movies ( ex - Dumbo, those crows were representative of a stereotype african american ).
