Your assertion assumes that affirmative action is the only motivation behind working hard and getting educated. Other motivations may exist (no one is one dimensional), so it does not dissipate the case for affirmative action.
Affirmative action may also cause whites to work even harder and get educated because now they may have to catch up the minorities. And isn’t rewarding hard work and education a good thing for white people?
With all this hard work and education, white girls will surely be impressed by men of every race, which will lead to huge orgies and gangbangs with delicious white women. Isn’t that a good thing?
If I was doing the troll work, I would argue that affirmative action is needed because it will actually motivate minorities to work hard and get educated because now the “American Dream” will be within their grasp (if there were no affirmative action, they will always hit the glass ceiling, thus making them “un-motivated”).
