I used to sell stuff on eBay, if you're not blocking the username out, then that user will be able to buy from you again. I'm certainly that the seller don't wanna sell stuff to this buyer again, but he/she didn't block the username from the list. :)

I used to sell on eBay! I have abandoned my ebay store for a years! I use http://system.fastcommerce.com/, low-cost, high-powered, it has everything I want. It is FREE for up to fifty products, or $30 for 2,000 products. and it is great. beautiful templates, complete back end for order processing. beautifully designed, easy to use. With these features, I will go on to use it.
